Absolutely! After receiving your email, we will send you a shipping label for you to send your item(s) back. Please be advised that all exchanges/ return shipping fees are not prepaid.

Of course, if you are unsatisfied with your purchase or have ordered an incorrect size, we are able to provide an exchange or issue you with a store credit with an unlimited expiry. If an item you receive has a manufacturing default, please advise hello@thebasiqlabel.com.au straight away and our support team will issue you with an alternative solution.

Once processed, our team will issue you with a store credit valid for 12 months. This credit will be issued within 1-5 days and will be accessible via email.

The Basiq Label cannot be liable for any damages incurred during transit. Once processed the local carrier takes full responsibility for the shipment. We do not assume any responsibility for lost or damaged packages caused during transit.

The Originals Tee is designed to appear as a boxed oversized fit however some individuals prefer a tighter look. This style is a unisex style, for men we recommend ordering your true size to achieve the anticipated fit, for women, we recommend purchasing a smaller size as this product is a larger fit than the Originals Tank.
